For this project, I was tasked with using Adobe Illustrator and the provided asset of a tiny European automobile to exercise their conceptual and technical skills with the pen tool to transform this ordinary object into something unique.

Original images used I drew inspiration from.

Image trace from Illustrator w/ gradient background added. The yellow will be the glow form bright incandescent city lights while the moon, just out of view, radiates a soft white glow to light my superhero's night of fighting crime.

Building of the many layers for my superhero-car and including different filters or gradients to add depth and texture to each surface. i.e. metallic body, cloth costume, and glossy chrome accents or glass windows.

The flow of my superhero's cape seems to flow in the wind and suggest the car is moving swiftly across the Starlit sky. Meanwhile, the city lights provide context to the night time setting and contrasts well with the deep blue background.

Final Presentation
